Of course, the star of the show in Hutong is certainly the flaming Peking duck. Think of it as art for the eye and tongue. The chefs will carve and flame the duck at your tableside, so get your camera ready if you order it.
The ambiance is great too. Wood panels, red silk lanterns reminiscent of old Beijing’s classic Sino interiors, and scenic views of the Victoria Harbour and the city’s skyline. What more could you want?

Aqua is a fancy rooftop bar and restaurant famous for its stylish penthouse-inspired lounge and an extensive menu of cocktails, wines, beers, whiskeys, and rare spirits.
But before we jump to all that booze in Aqua Bar, let’s look into their food offerings first. The restaurant features two kitchens – Aqua Roma and Aqua Tokyo. Of course, it’s quite obvious which kitchen the Italian and Japanese dishes come from, right?
If it’s your first time dining here, we recommend you go for their tasting menu. This menu is just perfect for you to try a range of seasonal dishes as well as both Japanese and Italian specialties.
Anyway, to secure a window seat and get an unobstructed view of Victoria Harbour, you have to book a reservation at least a week before your visit. There’s only a few window seats here.
Din Tai Fung

Meanwhile, if you’re vegetarian, their Dan Dan Mian and vegan dumplings are also good choices. Plus, don’t skip dessert! Trust me, you’ll want to munch on their decadent red bean buns after devouring all the dim sum.

Wooloomooloo Steakhouse is a posh restaurant set in a skyscraper, so the cityscape will be your view while you dine here.
Of course, the stars of the menu here are the premium cuts of beef sourced from different parts of Australia. But it also showcases a good selection of seafood dishes for customers who aren’t in the mood for red meat.
Anyway, as you step inside, you’ll notice that there are three different zones. The first one near the balcony features a bar and an extensive wine rack, as well as high tables and regular dining tables. It’s a nice spot if you just want to grab some drinks or hang out with friends.
Next is the dining area opposite the open kitchen, which is a good choice if you enjoy watching the buzz in the kitchen as your meals are prepared.
Last but definitely not the least of our favorites is the third area, which is more intimate and quiet than the others. Here, you’ll have access to seats and dining tables by the window too.
