Uma Nota is right up your alley if you love trying new food combos and street snacks. This eye-catching restaurant in SoHo serves cross-cultural cuisine, so you’ll get to taste Japanese and Brazilian combo dishes. 

Here, you can try tons of meat and seafood skewers, ceviches, katsu, dumplings, and even vegetarian treats. Besides that, it also features a bar with unique cocktails and drinks like caipirinha and Cachaça rum. 

Uma Nota’s brunch set is available during weekends from 12 PM to 4 PM and it’s worth HKD 420 per person. With this set menu, you’ll get five Petiscos starters and one main dish and dessert platter. 

Besides that, for an additional fee, you can try premium dishes or opt for a 90-minute free-flow drink package, which includes beers, bubbles, cocktails, and more.

La Favorita will be your “favorita” if you’re craving Italian eats with Japanese touches. Just note that the brunch sets offered here are only available during weekends, from 11:30 AM to 3:15 PM. 

The Four Hands Brunch Set worth HKD 498 per person is available on Saturdays. Furthermore, the Sunday Brunch Set worth HKD 398 is, of course, served on Sundays. 

If you order the Four Hands Brunch, you can indulge in six starter bites and choose one main dish and one dessert platter. For an added fee, you can also have this meal with free-flow sashimi/oysters (HKD 188), classic cocktails (HKD 198), and champagne (HKD 398). 

Meanwhile, if you have brunch on a Sunday, you can have four antipasti treats and choose one main dish and dessert. The Cheese Wheel Al Tartufo is a must-try for the main dish!

Aside from the famous brunch menu sets, this restaurant is known for offering different menus for lunch, dinner, dessert, and even for special occasions. If you’re bringing the kiddos, they also offer a separate kid’s menu that’s perfect for picky eaters. 

Hue Dining

If you wish to treat yourself to a fancy brunch, Hue Dining is a great spot. This posh restaurant is inside the Hong Kong Museum of Art, and it features panoramic views of Victoria Harbour, so you can enjoy your brunch in style. 

It’s open for lunch and dinner every day, but the brunch menu is only served on weekends from 11 AM to 3 PM. Weekend brunch here is usually accompanied by live jazz music, so it’s definitely a dining experience worth having. 

For HKD 380 per person, you can get a taste of five starters, one main dish, and one tart or cake slice. Make sure you try the Confit Lamb Belly for your main dish!

Nonetheless, if you want to enjoy your meal with a two-hour free-flow of Taittinger Champagne or wine, you’ll have to pay an additional HKD 360. Meanwhile, if you plan to stay sober, you can also opt for unlimited tea or coffee for HKD 190. 

Baked QRE

Baked QRE is a hole-in-the-wall bakery and all-day dining spot in Central. Although it’s not as grand as other brunch spots, many people love this place because meals here are more wallet-friendly compared to the usual bougie spots in SoHo. 

It serves hearty hand-rolled wraps, sourdoughs, pastries, and other carb-based dishes for brunch. Moreover, it also offers custom-made and brewed in-house coffee blends by Roastwork in partnership with Baked.  

Once you’re done trying out Baked’s brunch plates, you can also check out their grab-and-go picks, like the Sourdough Cinnamon Buns and Homemade Granola.

Visit Chaiwala for a savory Indian brunch feast! This restaurant focuses on modern Indian cuisine, so you can expect large-portioned meals and courses that are best shared with family or friends. 

The brunch set here is served on weekends from 12 PM to 3 PM. For HKD 368 per head, you can start your feast with a range of vegetarian starters, such as pani puri, tikka chaat, and biryani. 

After that, you can indulge in tasty for-sharing platters, including their Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Gobi, and Pink Salt Samon. Plus, you can choose one curry dish and it will be served with basmati rice, roti, and naan. 

And there’s more! There’s dessert too. And if you wish to make the most of your Indian feast, you can also add HKD 120 for free-flow lassi or HKD 198 for free-flow prosecco, beer, chardonnay, and more.

Clipper Lounge is a well-established coffee shop in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. It’s a hotspot for social and business meetings, so the place is always buzzing with people. 

If you love discovering various cuisines, you’ll surely have a good time trying out their Sunday Brunch buffet that features a range of Western, Asian, and even British dishes. 

From 12 PM to 3 PM, you can savor mountains of hors d’oeuvres, sushi, sashimi, dim sum, fresh seafood, salads, pastries, noodles, meat cuts, desserts, and so much more. 

This brunch buffet is a feast, so we’re not surprised that they charge HKD 768 per person. However, if you wish to save a bit, skip the unlimited champagne (which costs an additional HKD 588) and opt for the unlimited mineral water, juices, and soft drinks (HKD 158). 

Ichu

However, the Fiesta Ichu Brunch set (HKD 398 per person) is only available on Saturdays from 12 PM to 4 PM, so it’s best to book a reservation so you don’t miss it.

We like this brunch set despite its hefty price tag because here, you can try a range of dishes that are rare in Hong Kong’s food scene. 

For starters, you can savor three Italian crudos (seasoned seafood) as well as Peruvian Karaage Chicken, Peruvian Beef Stew, and a Norwegian Salmon Skewer. After that, you can choose one main dish and enjoy a dessert platter. 

Gourmands can also indulge in free-flow beverages, including premium champagne, classic cocktails, and a range of wines and spirits for an additional price. 

Popinjays

Popinjays is a popular hangout spot for bougies because this rooftop restaurant and bar is one of The Murray’s crowning gems. It features an expansive wraparound terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows, so you can enjoy your meals while taking in the views of Central’s and Admiralty’s skyscrapers

Speaking of meals, Popinjays serves a diverse selection of European fares and top-of-the-line cocktails, spirits, and bubbles for brunch. 

The Fiesta Brunch menu is offered on weekends from 12 PM to 7 PM, so you have plenty of time to schedule this two-hour brunch buffet. Just note that the price per head for brunch changes depending on the beverages you’d like to pair your brunch with. 

For example, free-flow food and soft drinks are worth HKD 888, but if you want to add house wines to it, you’ll have to pay HKD 1,088. Meanwhile, additional champagne, spirits, and a caviar bar experience, range from HKD 1,288 to HKD 1,988. 

Aqua

Aqua is an excellent spot for a seafood brunch treat with the scenic city skyline on the side. This chic restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui has two outdoor terraces and a cocktail bar, so it’s perfect for an al fresco brunch experience. 

Aqua offers two brunch menus. The Weekend Brunch is available from 11 AM to 3:30 PM, and the Night Brunch is offered every Saturday from 8:30 PM to 11 PM. 

The former offers a two-hour buffet brunch composed of a selection of Italian and Japanese starters, a signature seafood platter, a seafood/meat main course, and a seasonal dessert platter. This spread costs HKD 688 per person, but if you pair it with free-flow beverages, you need to add around HKD 100 to HKD 1,800. 

Meanwhile, the Night Brunch is like HK’s nightlife and brunch scene rolled into one. Of course, the menu is more focused on unlimited bar bites and beverages like wines, beers, sake, and other expensive bottles. The price per head starts at HKD 988 per person, so prepare your wallet!
