How to Get to Admiralty
Here are the ways to reach Admiralty if you’re coming from Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).
Via Airport Express + MTR: The quickest way to get to Admiralty if you’re coming from the airport is through Airport Express and MTR. Just hop on the Teal Airport Express bus and ride it all the way to Hong Kong Station. From there, walk towards Central Station and ride it until you reach Admiralty Station.
Via Airport Bus or Public Bus: For a cheap and direct ride to Admiralty, we recommend taking the Airport Bus A11 or Public Bus E11. Ride it all the way to Admiralty Station and just walk to your destination. However, the overall journey time for this option is over 70 minutes, and it can still vary depending on the traffic conditions.
Via Taxi: If you’re visiting Admiralty with the kiddos, we suggest you take a red taxi (urban taxi) from the airport. The whole journey can be as short as 30 minutes, and it’s a door-to-door service, so you won’t be transferring from one ride to another. Just note that the base fare for a taxi service from HKIA to Admiralty is HK$ 335.

Tamar Park is a harborfront park and promenade that’s a great destination for people of all ages and their furry companions.
The whole park covers an area of more than 1.76 hectares and it features a sprawling grass area and concrete parks. Here, kids can play games, dogs can frolic freely, and people can just chill out and bask under the sun.
In addition to that, Tamar Park offers various facilities, including landscaped gardens, a floating platform, and a range of water features. You can also access Tamar Cafe from here, so it’s easy to grab some munchies and refreshments.

The Forsgate Conservatory is a botanical splendor inside Hong Kong Park. It holds the distinction of being the largest greenhouse in Southeast Asia.

Who would’ve thought that a former office and residence of the British Forces commander would be transformed into a museum dedicated to teaware? Another attraction you shouldn’t miss in Hong Kong Park is the Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware.
Fun fact – it’s the first teaware museum in the world, and it features over 600 pieces of historic and modern teaware and other related tea vessels. Some of the preserved historic teawares displayed here date back to 770 BC, so it really gives visitors a glimpse into the enduring legacy of the tea culture in Hong Kong.
Apart from that, the museum offers permanent exhibitions and special exhibitions as well as tea gatherings and lecture programs to highlight Chinese tea culture and tea preparation.
