After my neighbour called in for a noise complaint too, I vowed never to put my friends through such an experience again. That’s when I started to look up party venues here in Hong Kong and my goodness, was I in for a surprise. I had no idea there were so many great spots in the city!

So, if you’re like me and are determined to elevate your party game, look no further. Trust me, with these epic party places in Hong Kong that I found, you’ll become the party legend you were always meant to be!

Crossfire Arena

If you want a party that’s both unusual and active, Crossfire Arena should be a top choice. The venue offers a unique fluorescent playground where you can enjoy games like bubble soccer, combat archery, and laser tag.

To complete the experience, you can book their catering service, which provides delicious snacks and drinks throughout the night. They also have professional event photography services to capture all the memories. 

It might be a little too expensive for most at $250 to $500 per person, though. But if you really want to go all out minus the stress-free planning, everyone I’ve talked to says it’s worth the money!

GG Party

What makes this place great is that it’s perfect for night-time fun, thanks to its private spaces that are packed with entertainment. You can actually enjoy karaoke, video games, and board games here – even some art jamming!

Now, if you want to make things more hassle-free, you can ask them to handle everything for you. From catering and decorations to clean-up, they’ll take over all the gruntwork.

Chalk Party

Chalk Party offers a unique BYOB blacklight experience where you can be creative with its neon-reactive walls. You can have a blast painting your shirts and accessorizing with funky sunglasses and wigs provided by the venue. 

If you’re planning a party here, it’s best to wear white T-shirts to really see the neon drawings. The rooftop was another highlight: during our event, we played beer pong and relaxed with some shisha under the stars!

The venue’s location is on an off-beaten path so it feels like a hidden gem in Hong Kong. But, you don’t need to worry as the staff here are welcoming and easy to communicate with. 

PowerPlay Arena

PowerPlay Arena boasts over 5,000 square feet of entertainment space, featuring everything from go-karting to bubble soccer. And, considering the amount of entertainment available, the rates here are reasonable.

If you love a lot of action, you can try your hand at the  Battlefield zone. The best part is the drift car downstairs – they’re just incredibly fun to drive!

For something more chill, there are also arcade classics like air hockey and basketball machines. Overall, there’s something for kids and the young at heart.

Sandbox VR

For a futuristic party experience, Sandbox VR in Hong Kong is where you need to be. You can play VR games such as Deadwood Valley and Amber Skies, as well as the ever-popular Netflix series, Squid Games.

The venue is convenient, located just a short walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Just make sure to arrive 30 minutes early to get geared up and go through a quick tutorial!

Once you start the actual VR games, it’s pure excitement. The immersive gameplay makes you forget the real world, and even though sessions are about 30 minutes only, time flies because it’s so fun!

Located in Kwai Chung, The Core Base offers fantastic multi-function rooms for any kind of gathering.  The space is private, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a fun night.

The Pink Core room’s decor is charming and cozy, making it perfect for a relaxed, intimate party. Though it’s inside an industrial building, the atmosphere inside the room feels very welcoming and of course, fun!

Apart from the pink room, there are other rooms that have their own unique style. Whether you prefer rustic, modern, or minimalist, there’s a room to suit every taste and any type of celebration (you can do birthdays to bridal showers here!).

Tempo Tempo

The brunch menu here is a delight, with dishes like cheese wheel pasta stealing the show. But if your party prefers something sweeter, you’ll like their pistachio creme brulee, which has a rich and natural pistachio flavor. 

Apart from the food, you’ll also love the cocktails at their amazing bar. Their outdoor area is the perfect place to enjoy their drinks while you spend time chatting with your guests. 

18 Challenge Karting

Ryze is Hong Kong’s largest trampoline park, so you know where to bring your friends if you want to relive your childhoods. Naturally, real kids love it too.

Booking an event at Ryze is easy with their various packages, from birthday parties to corporate events and even ‘Lock-In’ sleepovers. You can do a bunch of activities including trampoline, wall climbing, parkour, zipline, long jumping, and many more.

At Twinkle Garden, you’ll learn the art of Korean wafer and buttercream piping from expert instructors. You can spend a day here crafting beautiful edible floral arrangements, from delicate roses to vibrant peonies.

The hands-on experience is fun but it can also be surprisingly therapeutic. We especially recommend the place if you prefer having a “slow-burn” party that’s more chill and relaxed.
