I’ve always known Hong Kong’s job market is tough, even with my degree. But is it totally impossible for those without one?

You can work in Hong Kong without a degree, as there are jobs that do not necessarily require formal education. Still, the opportunities available to you are often limited, especially for professional or high-skill positions. 

It only adds to it that Hong Kong has a competitive job market, and having a degree or specialized skills can significantly enhance a person’s employment prospects. As such, not having a degree usually puts you at a bit of a disadvantage against others.
