Account customers can also have their packages picked up from their homes and have parcels delivered to their doorstep, which is a plus since it makes the process more convenient. 

We also like how the Hong Kong Post has a tracking system for customers to see where their package is. However, it is limited to only showing the basic information, such as the delivery date.

Overall, we believe that its pricing and convenience, combined with multiple post offices and lengthy operating hours, make the Hong Kong Post the perfect choice for those looking for affordable courier services in Hong Kong.

Nevertheless, it is necessary to note that the post office takes a while to respond to queries through email, according to some of the previous customers we interviewed. 

Pickupp is a courier service in Hong Kong established in 2016. Despite its youth, the company has strengths that make it worth considering.

Before we delve deep into their advantages, it is essential to note that Pickupp’s services are primarily for merchants and businesses.

Our experience with Pickupp is similar to other customers, especially in the reliability and quickness of their services. However, we did hear from some clients that the company sometimes has delivery delays and occasionally does not respond to support calls.

SF Express is a delivery and courier service in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other parts of Asia. SF Express was established in 1993 and has since built multiple locations in Hong Kong, but its age and branches are not its only strengths.

Our experience with SF Express has been smooth, and we appreciate their kind and friendly staff. However, some of their previous customers we talked to reported that the offices can get understaffed at times, leading to long queues.

Mail Boxes Etc is a courier service established in the 1980s in California. In 2018, they decided to branch out to Hong Kong.

Unfortunately, Mail Boxes Etc specializes only in international deliveries. Despite not prioritizing local services, we believe you will find the company’s services valuable because of its strengths.

One of Mail Boxes Etc’s advantages is its ability to deliver valuables abroad in good condition. Although they can send regular mail and parcels, the courier service specializes in handling fragile items like luxury watches and wine shipments. 

The company can also send off dangerous goods such as flammables, gases, and corrosives, which makes them a great choice for enterprises dealing with these products.

Another of Mail Boxes Etc’s strengths is its two locations. Having branches in Sheung Wan and Wan Chai makes their services highly accessible. 

We had the chance to talk to the courier service’s other customers, and they said they liked how quick and efficient and reliable the service is, and how quickly they can handle their packages in their office.

Overall, we believe that Mail Boxes Etc is the perfect match for those regularly shipping parcels containing materials that are too fragile for common shipping and courier services in Hong Kong.
