Pros

  • Open 6 days a week
  • Knowledgeable and experienced practitioners

Cons

  • Only two out of many practitioners do  acupuncture

Vitality Center is a clinic that provides natural and traditional medicine and therapies. Their services include Chinese medicine, acupuncture, Ayurveda, and other methods.

One of the things we like about Vitality Center is that they try to combine traditional and contemporary medicine to get the best outcome for their clients.

One of the ways they do this is by working with multiple doctors and specialists in other clinics. However, they also hire experienced multi-disciplinary professionals, such as a medical doctor who knows traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture.

The clinic has two practitioners that perform most of the traditional Chinese therapies. Both of them have a background in Western medicine but ultimately chose to work in the field of Chinese treatments.

Another thing we like about Vitality Center is that they are open six days a week, making their services accessible and convenient, especially for people busy on weekdays. Their Saturday schedule also boasts long operating hours, which we believe is an advantage.

During our visit, we talked to their welcoming practitioners. We found them very knowledgeable as they explained their treatments and answered our queries as detailed as they could.

We also had the chance to chat with their other clients, who praised the clinic for its intuitive professionals and treatments that left them amazed and relaxed.

Overall, we believe that Vitality Center is a splendid choice for people looking for clinics that offer modern medicine with traditional treatments and acupuncture in Hong Kong.

Pros

  • Offers both general and anti-ageing acupuncture

Cons

Dr Susan Jamieson’s Integrative Medical Practice is a clinic that offers an East-meets-West approach to medicine and therapy. As such, you can find both modern and traditional medicinal treatments in the clinic.

One of the things we like about the clinic is its specialists.

Dr Jamieson is a medical doctor with two decades of experience in integrative and functional medicine. Their acupuncturist also has certifications from the US and has spent over two decades in the field.

Another thing we like about Dr Jamieson’s clinic is its range of services. While they offer general acupuncture to relieve pain and treat certain conditions, they also conduct face acupuncture for therapeutic and anti-ageing.

We visited Dr Jamieson’s clinic, and we were pleased with how responsive they were to our questions. We had the chance to talk to some of the clinic’s previous clients, who said they appreciated the helpful advice and the great and relaxing acupuncture therapy.

Other clients reported that they experienced immediate effects, such as better mood and complexion.

Overall, we believe that Dr Jamieson’s Integrative Medical Practice is the perfect match for those looking for acupuncture in Hong Kong while still getting modern medicinal advice at the same time.

Pros

  • Founded in 1990
  • Transparent with pricing

Cons

  • Specialist services are more expensive

Health Wise is a Chinese medicine clinic that offers therapies such as acupressure, acupuncture, and others. Founded in 1990 by Troy Sing, Health Wise seems to have enough experience to become one of the best choices for acupuncture in Hong Kong.

This experience is one of Health Wise’s biggest strengths. Troy Sing, its founder, has been in practice for over three decades and has certifications from different countries.

We also like how Health Wise offers customized treatment plans for their clients, which gives their customers the perfect solution to their problems.

Another thing we appreciate about the clinic is its transparency with its pricing, from consultations to follow-up acupunctures. Despite being relatively affordable, it is essential to note that Troy Sing’s services are slightly more expensive than those of his other staff.

We visited the clinic and found the people there to be friendly and knowledgeable. The customers we talked to said they liked the acupuncture and acupressure treatments because they feel instant relief.

Another customer we talked to said they experienced more intense pains when pierced by the needle in certain areas, but they felt relieved immediately after the treatment.

Experience and great service combined with long opening hours earn Health Wise a spot on our list.

Pros

  • Multiple acupuncture treatments
  • Transparent with pricing

Cons

  • Fairly new clinic

Master Ruth TCM Clinic offers a variety of traditional Chinese medicinal therapies, primarily acupuncture. The clinic is established only in 2021, but we believe that it is still a clinic worth considering despite its youth.

One of the things we like about the clinic is its range of services. Master Ruth offers therapies such as pain management acupuncture, facial acupuncture, and electro-acupuncture.

Master Ruth uses these acupuncture techniques to deal primarily with women’s health and pains and fertility issues and to induce anti-ageing effects.

Master Ruth also does massage and acupuncture for children, which could be helpful in some cases.

We also appreciate how transparent they are with pricing. The clinic’s services are relatively affordable, costing $1,300 an hour plus additional services such as guasha.

We visited Master Ruth’s clinic and found it to be tidy yet calming. We also talked with her other clients, who all said their pains and conditions improved after a few weeks of treatment with Master Ruth.

The only disadvantage we found with Master Ruth is her four-day operations. However, she makes up for it by being open for 12 hours.

With these in mind, we believe that Master Ruth’s range of services and expertise makes her and her clinic the perfect match for women needing help with their health issues and concerns.
