Diestel and Partners has been operational since 1972, and they’re one of the first clinics of the Diestel Dental Group in Hong Kong.

Given that they have three other clinics located at Central, Discovery Bay, and Tung Chung, we find it easy to reach them in case of emergency dental concerns.

We checked out their clinic in Melbourne Plaza that has a full range of dental services, offering a comprehensive set of dental options for clients.

These services include general and cosmetic dentistry, and they also have dentistry specialists that can cater to specific procedures.

We like that their attending dentists were really prompt and proactive during the whole procedure. They were also very transparent and knowledgeable.

They were very open about talking about each procedure and explained things clearly, making it a less intimidating experience.

Dr. Constanza in particular was a very noteworthy dentist. She provided a very clear assessment of our dental health and was open to listen to our concerns pertaining to certain procedures.

They were also very particular about aftercare, making us feel really cared for. At this point it was quite obvious why we’ve heard a lot of good reviews about this clinic.

Most of their clients are also regulars, coming back after months to get a routine check up or filling. 

Seeing how they place emphasis on patient satisfaction and education, we knew we had to include Gum and Implant Dental Center on our list.

The general idea of going to the dentist revolves around healthy teeth, but little is talked about the gums, so we were glad to come across this clinic.

A first look at their website shows how they think much of gum health, as you’ll see a lot of helpful information about gums, implants, and whether or not you would be at risk of certain gum diseases.

Apart from that, we also took a look at their dentist’s experience and credentials. Dr. Lui Wei Hone specialises in periodontology and has multiple accreditations and memberships from renowned organisations in the field of dentistry.

However, this doesn’t limit them from providing services that cover general dentistry, such as check-up and cleaning, crown and bridge, root canal treatments, and dentures and veneers among others.

It can feel iffy and even overwhelming seeing a new dentist, but Dr. Liu was downright pleasant and talked freely about gum concerns.

We definitely like a doctor that can make us feel safe, and Dr. Liu is certainly a person we could easily trust with our health.

Aspire Dental Care is another one of Hong Kong’s renowned dental clinics, with a team of dental experts in their company.

Not only do their before and after photos look promising, the overall impression we’ve gotten about them was also very good.

Their focus is on the clients’ long-term dental comfort, function, and aesthetics, and they don’t just do their work well to make teeth look pleasing.

Their team of dentists are highly sought after, and we get why. They’ve had years of experience abroad, and we like how passionate they are about their work.

We really liked how Dr. Benson carefully explained each procedure he was about to do and which areas would be the most sensitive.

He also thoroughly explained and advised how we could keep our mouth healthy and how to maintain our overall dental hygiene.

Generally, we like how everyone was so communicative, both the medical staff and the doctors. The clinic itself was nearly spotless and we love that about them.

We find it to be a really thoughtful thing to find the best route as well as travel times to their clinic posted up on their website. It even includes both travel times via public transport and via taxi.

Cameron Dental Centre has been in operation since 2011, and they specialise in integrating the use of CAD/CAM with digital dentistry.

Not only that, they also utilise intraoral scanning, preoperative planning, and workflow management in their treatments to carefully monitor and control their respective treatments.

At present, they have 11 attending doctors, and all of them are highly esteemed in the dentistry community.

A lot of their services are focused on surgery, with 9 of their dentists as dental surgeons. We do believe they’re a great place to check out if you need to go under the needle for a particular treatment.

On the topic of surgery, we also think it’s worth noting how they don’t jump straight away to putting a patient under the knife. 

In fact, they’re very thorough with their assessments and evaluations, making sure all things are taken into account before even considering surgery.

On another note, we love how their clinic is so modern and exceptionally sanitised. With communicative and knowledgeable doctors as well as a cosy ambiance in the clinic, it felt more like going into a spa rather than getting your mouth tweaked at.

Overall, Cameron Dental Centre is definitely a clinic worth seeing if you’re in the TST area.

Central Smile is a multi-awarded dental clinic that’s located in Manning House. They offer restorative dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery along with other general dentistry.

Dr. George Fokas has quite the experience as a restorative dentist, and we’ve come across a lot of people who wouldn’t stop raving about his services. Naturally, we had to see him for ourselves, and we weren’t disappointed. 

The doctor and his team of professionals were incredibly courteous and well-educated. They can come up with an aesthetic planning that covers a smile makeover, alignment, and veneers.

Dr. Fokas pays great attention to detail and doesn’t hesitate to take his time with a patient, but he doesn’t slack either. 

It’s no wonder how their clinic is well-known in the area for being able to work on complicated and complex issues.

Additionally, we’ve also heard from patrons how fast they get work done, especially for veneers and custom retainers.

The clinic itself was pretty amazing, with highly professional and advanced technological fixtures, displaying how they’re really keeping up with the latest practices in dentistry.

The only thing we found that needs to be improved is their website. It’s impossible to place an appointment through it, and it doesn’t really contain much helpful information about the clinic itself.

Conrad Dental Care Centre offers a wide array of professional dental services.

Their services include in-office tooth whitening, implants, orthodontic treatment (including invisible aligners), and more.

What we like about their team is their commitment to providing professional dental diagnosis and treatment to patients.

We find that they offer quality services with economical rates compared to other dental clinics.

Their team of dentists are some of the most professional and knowledgeable ones we’ve come across. They know how to make their patients feel comfortable and to ease any of their worries or concerns.

However, a downside to this clinic is that we’ve received numerous complaints about the fact that they overbook and keep patients waiting for a long time, leaving them feeling like their time is disrespected.

Save for complaints about having no respect for their patients’ time, their clinic has received many positive feedback for their services.

THP Dental has been serving since 2007 and in comparison to other dental clinics, their dentists went to private practices in the UK, Germany and Hong Kong.

What we like about them is given their diverse backgrounds, they have encountered various kinds of dental issues. If you are not sure what you are experiencing, they can mostly identify it immediately in a few minutes.

Whether you are an adult or your child is the one going to the clinic, with them, your visit will be more than pleasant. After a session, you will even want to go back for a regular dental cleaning.

Similar to others, they offer the latest techniques in cosmetic, orthodontic, periodontal, restorative and implant dentistry combined with a strong focus on prevention through regular check ups and education for the whole family.

Even though their website lacks information due to them complying to the Code of Professional Discipline for the Guidance of Dental Practitioners in Hong Kong, they do answer calls and queries quickly.
