We like that they can do all the paperwork required to keep businesses operational, from statutory requirements to tax filings and more. 

Based on our surveys, we found many clients appreciate Sleek because they keep a keen eye on deadlines. With this, their clients didn’t have to worry about missing a due date.

Another aspect we like is their simple registering process. All a client has to do is complete their short application form, which can be accessed online, and Sleek will take care of the rest.

As for their rates, we think they offer competent pricing, as they feature fixed rates for unlimited services. 

We also appreciate how their corporal secretary plans are in accordance with the number of the client’s shareholders. 

Basically the fewer the shareholders, the cheaper their annual payment will be. In our books, this setup allows small businesses to avail of their services!

Our only gripe with Sleek is their responsiveness as we’ve found that it’s sometimes quite hard to get ahold of them on their channels.

From what we’ve seen, Hawksford Corporate Services Hong Kong Limited is one of the most straightforward company secretaries providers in Hong Kong. 

We like how they feature a bare-bones package that consists of a secretary’s basic tasks. These include keeping company records safe and processing officer appointments and resignations.

Plus, we think it’s commendable that they prepare and file documentation for binding corporate actions like company resolutions—an added point for convenience!

Many clients we surveyed also commended Hawksford for providing legal assistance and clearly communicating the Companies Ordinance of the Laws of Hong Kong to them.

On the downside, one of the things we don’t like about Hawksford is that its “complete” package feels somewhat lacklustre. 

For instance, we found that requesting for an additional service that doesn’t come with their package will cost an additional fee. Some clients we spoke with mentioned this aspect lessened the company’s appeal.

One thing we noted, however, is that some secretaries take longer to respond because they operate at a different timezone. 

On the upside, many clients we surveyed commended their reliability, especially in ensuring that all paperwork like statutory registers are updated, even when the company evolves. 

In our books, this aspect is a green flag, since it’s one of the key responsibilities for complying with the law.

From what we’ve seen, their claims are true, given they provide all the annual requirements in a single package for a single annual fee.
