Speaking of accessibility, we appreciate their operating hours. Besides working every single day, it’s nice they work until nine in the evening, which means they can accept many clients in a day.

We think it’s also fantastic that they’re available 24/7 for emergencies. That’s quite rare for repair services in Hong Kong, so this is worth highlighting.

Plus, we commend them for being able to handle not only residential appliances but also restaurants and government offices. In our books, this makes them accessible to many!

But a slight issue we found is they only work on air-conditioning appliances. Their services are not as extensive as we’d like, but we still appreciate their focus on clean air for homes and businesses.

Since they focus on air-conditioning equipment, we appreciate their extensive skills and knowledge. It doesn’t matter if it’s a common issue or a complex one because their technicians are highly skilled.

Plus, we like that they work on different brands, models, and types of air conditioners. But, again, if you have other equipment that needs fixing, you need to call someone else because they can only do cleaning for other home appliances.

On a good note, AC Home has a very efficient, effective, and professional team. The clients we conversed with complimented the technicians for ensuring their place was kept clean during the service.
