Being certified by WHO and ICTE, their disinfection services are one of the most effective in Hong Kong, and it was one of the most sought-out services during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic.

To ensure more protection for their clients, their services carry up to 1 year of warranty, wherein they’ll come back again and again just to make sure that all pests remain out of sight from your abode.

Their services are also WHO/NYSDEC certified, meaning it fully complies with international standards, and that their technicians were trained at recognised institutions including universities in Spain, Chile, and Canada.

On another note, their customer service is also worth giving recognition to. As much as possible, they strive to respond within the minute and arrange services within 48 hours.

That’s something you don’t find in most pest control companies, but these are things that are a part of the services they offer, and we think that’s truly commendable.

Much of their clients have reported feeling utterly satisfied with their work, saying that they haven’t had issues with common pests after seeking out their services.

On one hand, however, some have also complained about ineffective treatments, where the company has addressed it by using a different method.

Although they aren’t as fancy or advanced as the other pest control companies, we like Pest Guy Extermination for their extremely prompt and friendly customer service.

They’re also more budget friendly since their prices are relatively cheaper compared to the other companies.

Although they aren’t as swift in responding to every client’s queries, we still very much appreciate them for their honest and effective work.

The pesticides they use are considered environmentally friendly, although we’re not sure to what degree.

But these are deemed safe and approved by the Agriculture, Fisheries, and Conservation Department (AFCD). They also comply with the standards set forth by WHO.

Not only do they deal with pest control, they also have disinfection and cleaning services. With the use of a mister, they apply a medical-grade coating to cover spaces and surfaces to protect against viruses and bacteria.

These disinfectant coating services are claimed to last for a long period, so we wouldn’t need to worry about major infections for a while.

Finally, we have Asia Pest Control Limited, which would seem to be another one of Hong Kong’s most sought-out pest control companies. We found them to be a notable company for four major reasons. 

First, they appear to have the largest fumigation facility in Hong Kong, with over 40,000 sq. ft. in dimension. That means storage for a whole lot of equipment and vehicles used for their services.

Second, they have over 50 years of experience in fumigation and pest control. Along with the number of years they’ve been serving homes and commercial areas in Hong Kong, they’ve also succeeded in developing a safe and reliable operation team.

On top of that, their fumigation certifications are recognised worldwide. These are approved and recognised by the AFCD of HKSAR, as well as the HK Environmental Protection Agency. 

This also means that the company complies with the ISPM15 regulation or the “wheat stamp” that renders their services safe and effective for wooden materials.

Lastly, their customer support service is available and on call 24/7. Their Kwai Chung fumigation facility is prepared to serve around the clock, coupled with a 24-hour service hotline and evaluation service.
